Prices – Lake Macquarie Houseboats – We have a clear and easy pricing structure with great value. There are no loadings on special holidays or school holidays as we believe every day on Lake Macquarie is a gift! We always wanted to be able to go on holidays with our children without having to pay a premium (an arm or a leg) for the privilege.

If New Year’s Eve falls on a Monday to Thursday, you can stay for 2 days (1 night) and pay the Peak Season 2 days midweek rate, the same as any other midweek 2 days during our Peak Season. The minimum is 1 day charged. Usually our maximum is 1 week, if you want to do more, call us and we can quote you.

Linen is included and the beds are already made. We want you to come onboard and relax straightaway.

Our dinghys always come with an easy start electric outboard (no ripcord) and a spare battery at no extra charge. You will get about 15kms out of one charge. Lake Macquarie has a lot to explore and it is often easier to potter around in the dinghy, especially to get to shore or for that special fishing spot.

Your safety on holiday and making it as easy and relaxing as possible are our top priorities. Come and enjoy our slice of heaven on the best lake in Australia.

General Information

Engine Hours: Are charged at the end of the charter @ $30 per hour. This is calculated from engine hours recorded upon leaving and when returned to the marina. Engine hours only increase when the engine is running. There is no additional fuel cost.

Linen: All included, includes tea towels, sheets, pillows, doonas, towels.

Inventory onboard: Included stove/heater, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, tea, herbal tea, coffee, decaf coffee, UHT milk, sugar, equal sweeteners, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sunscreen, aerogard, first aid kit – a full inventory listing provided on enquiry or booking

Dinghy: Included with electric outboard, oars and spare battery 20 hours operating time

Parking: Parking is provided at the marina.

Fishing: Bring your own fishing kit, bait is available at nearby service stations.

Fishing Licence: Our boats carry a complimentary fishing licence exemption for 4 people.

Provisions: Ice is available at the Marina for $5 per bag.

Payment Terms:  All bookings are made through Trinity Point Marina. There is a booking fee applied.

Pets: Please understand in the best interests of guests, pets and the environment we are unable to have pets onboard.

Cleaning: If required – BBQ Clean $25, Additional Cleaning if required: $80 Cleaning gear provided.

Late fee: Please be on time or early. $15 per 15 mins past agreed booking time for departure or return. Any delay on our behalf will be credited to engine hours.
